Referral Program

Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in our Referral Program. By participating in the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 

1. Eligibility

  • The Referral Program is open to individuals who are 18 years or older.

  • Referrers must be existing customers, partners, or authorized users of Kywii Technologies.

  • Referred individuals (“Referrals”) must be new customers who have not previously interacted with or purchased from Kywii Technologies.
     

2. How to Participate

  • Referrers must submit referrals via the official referral form: at Click here for referral form.

  • A referral is considered valid only if the referral's information is complete, accurate, and submitted before the referred customer engages with our services.


3. Qualified Referrals

  • A "Qualified Referral" is defined as a new customer who:

    • Is not already in our customer database.

    • Successfully completes a purchase or signs a contract of at least $200.00.

    • Remains in good standing for 31 days.


4. Referral Rewards

  • The Referrer will receive $50.00 credit for each Qualified Referral.

  • Rewards are issued "within 33 days" after the referred customer completes the qualifying action.

  • There is a maximum limit [TBD] in rewards per person per year.

 

5. Restrictions

  • Self-referrals are not allowed.

  • Referrals must be made in good faith and not through spam, unsolicited communications, or deceptive methods.

  • Kywii Technologies reserves the right to disqualify referrals that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or violate these terms.

 

6. Taxes and Compliance

  • Referrers are responsible for any applicable taxes on rewards received.

  • This program is void where prohibited by law.

 

7. Program Changes

  • Kywii Technologies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes will be posted to this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Kywii Technologies is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed referrals.

  • We make no guarantees regarding the outcome of referrals or reward availability.
